Disney has announced that, starting this fall, fans will be able to meet-and-greet with characters from “Big Hero 6” at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland. Hiro and Baymax will appear in the parks, and although details of where and when have yet to be revealed, we’re guessing it will be at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World where it will be the first ever Marvel meet-and-greet. Because of an existing Marvel and Universal Studios Orlando agreement, Disney cannot use many of the Marvel characters in their own parks. With the huge success of “Guardians of the Galaxy,” we’re wondering if they could make an appearance, in the form of their own meet-and-greets or even attractions, since they fall outside of the pre-existing agreement.
The animated adventure, “Big Hero 6,” is scheduled for release to theaters on November 7, 2014.
