“Marvel’s Guardians Of The Galaxy: The Telltale Series” Trailer Release

Telltale Games has released a new trailer for their upcoming game: Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series! This should be another in the line of smart and interesting stories that Telltale has brought us in the past, such as The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us to name a few.

Here’s the first trailer!

The game will be released on April 18th for purchase through the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Windows PC, as well as on the App Store and Google Play. The first of five episodes will be $4.99 in US dollars. There will also be a “Season Pass Disc” that will reach retailers in North America on the 2nd of May, and retailers across the globe on the 5th of May, and it will cost $29.99 US dollars. This said “Season Pass Disc” does exactly what it says: It grants you access to download the next 4 episodes as they come out throughout the months to come in 2017. You will be able to download the newest episode releases through the devices or apps/marketplaces that were listed above.

Really looking forward to this as Telltale puts out some great games! Well and obviously, I love Guardians of the Galaxy and pretty much everything Marvel based as well. You know, that’s a nice plus too.

Here’s some more info about the game:

Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series is a brand new story of the universe’s unlikeliest heroes: Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax, Rocket, and Groot. In the wake of an epic battle, the Guardians discover an artifact of unspeakable power. Each of them has a reason to desire this relic, as does a ruthless enemy who is the last of her kind, and who will stop at nothing to tear it from their hands.

From Earth to the Milano to Knowhere and beyond, and set to the beat of awesome music, you wear the rocket-powered boots of Star-Lord in an original Guardians adventure, where your decisions and actions drive the story you experience.

The series will feature a star-studded cast of voice talent, including Scott Porter (Friday Night Lights, The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series) as Star-Lord, Emily O’Brien (The Young and the Restless, Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor) as Gamora, Nolan North (the Uncharted series, Pretty Little Liars) as Rocket, Brandon Paul Eells (Watch Dogs) as Drax, and Adam Harrington (The Wolf Among Us, League of Legends) as Groot.
Thankfully for all of us, we don’t have to wait TOO long as April 18th will be JUST around the corner, as will the start of May for all of you looking forward to the disc release too!
