I love the new “Show Some Heart” campaign from Disney Channel! So many Disney Channel and Disney XD stars have been talking about ways that you can make someone’s day!
Today (February 12, 2012), Cole Jensen from “Crash & Bernstein” talked about giving a homeless man lunch and some socks.
