Video: Zendaya Interviewed On “Good Day LA” October 24, 2013


Zendaya will be performing at this weekend’s 20th Annual Dream Halloween Event. She sat down with “Good Day LA” to chat about that, her music, working on “Dancing With The Stars” and much more!

During the interview, the “Shake It Up” starlet said:

It’s such a great cause like the fact that it’s for something that affects children which is something that is very close to my heart…it’s a Halloween bash…and it’s for “Keep a Child Alive” and they’ve done so much work…they raise money for kids that suffer from HIV and AIDS.

Details on the 20th Annual Dream Halloween 2013:

*Keep a Child Alive is celebrating the 20th Annual Dream Halloween on Saturday October 26th at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Los Angeles.
*Hollywood Records recording artist and Disney’s “Shake It Up” star Zendaya will perform, as well as the amazing singer/songwriter Tori Kelly.
*This year, Keep a Child Alive will honor HIV/AIDS activist Cristina Jade Peña with the charity’s inaugural Joe Cristina Humanitarian Award.
*Proceeds from Dream Halloween benefits Keep a Child Alive
*Dream Halloween was created in 1994 by the Children Affected by AIDS Foundation (CAAF) and has since raised more than $16.2 million in support of children affected by HIV.
*Dream Halloween will transform the Barker Hangar into a Halloween extravaganza featuring the legendary Trick-or-Treat Lane, live performances including a special show from Le Petit Cirque, a *3D Bat Cave housing the Batman Tumbler, a 40-foot Hot Wheels track, face painting by MAC artists and opportunities to take photos with character favorites.

    Its really great that they raise their money for the kids that suffer from HIV and AIDS.
