She was working on her upcoming Disney Channel Original Movie “Descendants,” and also tweeted out her schedule for Saturday:

9 hours of sleep, wake up, 2 cups of coffee. Run 2 miles. 3 bottles of water. Dance for 6 hours. Get on a plane to New York. #Saturday
