Legoland Florida Resort Hotel is Now Open for Reservations

Legoland Florida Resort’s new Legoland Hotel has officially opened for reservations. Guests can now book their rooms for the hotel that is opening in the Summer of 2015. It will be a five story Lego themed hotel, with 152 imaginatively decorated and brightly colored rooms and suites with thousands of LEGO models and interactive play areas. Construction started last November and is moving along nicely as they just reached a “topping off” milestone with concrete being poured onto the roof of the hotel. As you can see in the photo above, Lego had one of their stars help in the process. He’s Emmet, from “The LEGO Movie,” and he’s helping with the placing of the Merlin flag (the parent company of Legoland).

The hotel will include a pool (see photo above), restaurants, interactive play areas and will provide guests with a few extra advantages like early access to the Park. There will be three Lego toy lines that you can choose from as a theme for your room: Pirate (see photo below), Kingdom or Adventure and all rooms will include two separate sleeping areas: one will contain a king-size bed for grown-ups, while a separate sleeping area for up to three little ones will have a a bunk bed, pull-out trundle bed and TV. There’s one additional room theme that, at this time, is unannounced. You can visit to book your stay now.
