New Villains Coming to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Walt Disney World

Today is the big day for the Villains Unleashed event at Walt Disney World’s Hollywood Studios. The event is packed with famous villains from the Disney Universe. We now have word that Disney is adding additional villains to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) held at Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World Resort.

MNSSHP begins on September 1, 2014, and takes place select nights throughout the entire Halloween season. It will feature several new villains meet-and-greets including Jafar in Adventureland, the Queen of Hearts in Fantasyland near the near Mad Tea Party, Lotso lurks in Tomorrowland and the Evil Queen and Maleficent in Princess Fairytale Hall. Club Villain, which will Cruella De Vil, Dr. Facilier, Anastasia, Lady Tremaine, and additional baddies, will be in Liberty Square at The Diamond Horseshoe.

MNSSHP is not only about villains, of course, as it is “not-so-scary”. The “Boo To You” parade (see video below), quite possibly the best parade at any Walt Disney World park for a party or otherwise, has a couple of new additions: Wreck-It Ralph and Vanellope. The Headless Horseman continues to ride at the start of the parade, and there are a few notables coming back at other areas in the park including “Happy HalloWishes,” “The Nightmare Before Christmas” characters Jack and Sally, the Monstrous Scream-O-Ween Ball in Tomorrowland.

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will take place over 26 nights this year through October 31, 2014.
