The NBA Experience Coming To Disney Springs
Very cool news from Disney Parks Blog today (Wednesday, June 3, 2015)! A new entertainment experience is coming to Disney Springs in Walt Disney World Resort that will be fun for guests of all ages and it is called The NBA Experience!
The NBA Experience is set to be a very unique destination that will include hands-on activities for everyone. This new location will put you right in the middle of NBA game action with numerous interactive experiences, a restaurant and retail store.
According to DPB, the Walt Disney Company and the NBA just made the joint announcement regarding this new entertainment location and that development has just begun. Bob Chapek, chairman of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts said:
We so can’t wait to see all of the more than 150 shopping, dining and entertainment venues coming to Disney Springs when work is completed in 2016. For now we are still enjoying all of the progress of the transformation of Downtown Disney into Disney Springs.
