Dove Cameron, Tenzing Norgay Trainor, Kali Rocha, Joey Bragg, Jolie Jenkins, Chloe East and Lauren Donzis can be seen in this snapshot taken at the live audience taping on April 5th, and Betsy said about the cast and crew:

It seems that she not only served as Executive Producer for the episode, but also had written it. She posted this picture below of the script and mentioned having waited 4 years for this one and that the episode title is “Stand-Up-A-Rooney”:
