Hollywood Records artist Jordan Fisher (Liv and Maddie, Teen Beach Movie and Teen Beach 2) premiered his video for “All About Us” on Wednesday (May 11, 2016) via Vibe.com and VEVO. The song, written by Jenna Andrews (Drake, Tori Kelly), Dylan Pace-Rodriguez, Francesco Yates and Rory Andrew, and produced by Oak Felder (Usher, Rihanna, Jason Derulo) and Zaire Koalo, is the first single from Jordan’s forthcoming debut album due later this year. To bring “All About Us,” to life, Jordan enlisted friends award-winning director/cinematographer TK McKamy and acclaimed dancer /choreographer WilldaBeast Adams (T-Pain, DJ Tiesto, So You Think You Can Dance) to create a show-stopping visual for the song. Sensuous and moody, the video showcases Jordan’s charisma and highlights his dancing prowess.
The video is really an introductory piece for me not only as an artist but also my visual direction and an overall sense of my music by stimulating the senses. The collaborative efforts that were made to create this piece allowed me to simply live in my aesthetic playground for a day. Being able to do that with dancers, choreographers, director and stylist, who all happen to be friends of mine, was a dream.
Already called out as “one to watch” by Entertainment Weekly and People Magazine, the multi-talented singer/musician/dancer/actor recently released “All About Us” which melds pop, soul, R&B and dance. Produced by Oak Felder (Alessia Cara, Arianna Grande, Rihanna), the song is available now via all digital retailers.
2016 is shaping up to be a banner year for Jordan who made his mark earlier this year with his scene-stealing, breakout role as “Doody” in Fox’s “Grease: Live.” The show attracted more than 12.2 million viewers and ranked as the #1 most viral special live music event in history. Jordan is also currently finishing up his debut album working with the likes of Oak Felder, Rahki (Kendrick Lamar, Eminem, Aloe Blacc), Haze Banga (Beyonce, Jay Z), Danja (Justin Timberlake, Missy Elliott) and S1 (Kanye, Lupe Fiasco.)
